My Best Birthday Bear

This is my dad's teddy bear. My mom gave him to me for my birthday. As I previously posted I had repaired him & given to her for Mother's Day. I still can't get over the fact that she was willing to part with him.

When we had him appraised, Ken told my mother that the teddy should have new eyes. He looks all bright & beautiful now that he is cleaned & has his new eyes. I love him so much!

First of my birthday bears

This is the first of the other bears I got for my birthday. He is really sweet with bright glass eyes, but he lost his ears somewhere along the way!

A Rare Find

Lookie, Lookie! My sister was at a rummage the other day & spotted this. She called me at work and & ran out at lunch & bought it. It is a 6 inch brass bear bank. It belonged to the woman's grandmother & she was trying to clean out & decided the bank must go! Now my only dilemma is to keep it or sell it........
